Each drop will descripe the level of fitness required for the event. However in general, we recommend a basic level of fitness required. YES! We cater to beginners. Book in with a mate or family member that’s at the same level as you, and go at your own pace - you can even walk the whole thing if you want to! All fitness challenges can also be modified to suit beginner levels. Then once you’ve done a few, you won’t be a beginner anymore!
-
If you have an injury, we recommend reaching out to our team before booking in to discuss the event and see if it’s suitable. We can modify fitness challenges to accommodate most injuries and provided you’re able to at least walk without pain then you should be able to participate. We always recommend a medical clearance prior to participation if you have a serious injury.
